Web Development Services
We build websites the way an SEO team wishes developers would: crawlable, fast on a mid-range phone, structured around the pages that have to rank, and handed over with the redirects already mapped.
Most agencies treat search as something to bolt on after launch. That is why so many beautiful new sites lose thirty percent of their traffic in the first month — the URL structure changed without a redirect map, the content moved behind JavaScript that Googlebot renders inconsistently, and the hero image pushed Largest Contentful Paint past three seconds on the connections American mobile users actually have. We plan URL structure, rendering strategy, internal linking and performance budgets during architecture, before any of them is expensive to change.
You work with the people writing the code. Progress lands on a staging URL you can watch from week one, there is a check-in every week rather than a three-month silence, and everything is tested on throttled mobile, with a keyboard, and against a screen reader before it ships. At handover you get the repository, documentation and a walkthrough — the site is yours to run, and switching agencies later should be an inconvenience rather than a rebuild.
What's included in Web Development Services
Architecture & URL plan
Templates, URL structure, rendering strategy and integrations agreed in writing before build starts.
Performance budget
Core Web Vitals targets set per template and enforced through build, measured on throttled mobile.
Accessible front-end
Semantic markup, keyboard navigation and screen-reader passes as part of the build, not a later audit.
CMS your team can use
Editing built around how your team actually publishes, so marketing is not blocked on a developer.
Launch & redirect plan
Full redirect map, staging QA, analytics and Search Console configured before you go live.
Handover & documentation
Repository access, written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. No lock-in.
How Web Development Services work
Step 1: Scope & architecture
Pages, templates, URL structure and integrations agreed in writing before anyone opens an editor.
Step 2: Build in the open
Work lands on a staging URL you can watch. Weekly check-ins, not a three-month silence.
Step 3: Test on real conditions
Core Web Vitals on a throttled mobile connection, keyboard and screen-reader passes, cross-browser checks.
Step 4: Launch & hand over
Redirect map, analytics, Search Console, then documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run it.

Which platform should I build on?
It depends on who edits the site and what it has to do. WordPress for content-heavy sites with non-technical editors, Shopify when the site needs to sell products online, Next.js when performance and custom functionality matter more than plugin availability. We make the recommendation after understanding your team, not from a house preference.
Will my rankings survive the rebuild?
That is precisely what the redirect map and pre-launch QA are for. We inventory every indexed URL, map each to its new destination, QA on staging, and monitor indexation and rankings daily through the first weeks. Rebuilds lose traffic when nobody does that work, not because rebuilding is inherently risky.
How long does a website take?
A focused marketing site is typically six to ten weeks; larger builds with custom functionality or integrations run three to five months. The scoping phase gives you a written timeline with milestones before you commit to anything.
Do you maintain the site afterwards?
If you want us to. We offer ongoing maintenance covering updates, security, performance monitoring and small changes — but the site is fully documented and handed over either way, so you are not obliged to keep us to keep it running.
