UI/UX Design Services

UX is the part of design you can measure. If people cannot complete the task, the interface is wrong regardless of how it looks in a case study.

We work from evidence: what your analytics and session recordings say your US users actually do, what support tickets say they get stuck on, and what users tell us when we watch them try. That produces a short list of real problems rather than a redesign brief based on the loudest opinion in the room. Then flows and low-fidelity prototypes, tested with five to eight people from your actual audience — which is where most usability problems surface, long before anything expensive has been built.

The interface layer follows: a component-based design system with states, variants and accessibility built in, documented so your engineers implement it consistently and your team extends it without drifting. For products that already exist, we frequently start with a UX audit against the specific tasks that matter — signup, checkout, onboarding, the core workflow — and fix those before touching the rest, because that is where the return is.

process

How UI/UX Design Services work

Step 1: Understand the job

Who the page is for, what it has to make them do, and what the current design costs you in lost conversions.

Step 2: Structure first

Wireframes and content hierarchy before any visual polish, so the layout earns its keep on its own.

Step 3: Design the system

Type scale, color, spacing and components — a kit your developers can build from, not a flat picture.

Step 4: Hand off & support

Source files, exported assets and a spec. We stay available through build so nothing is guessed at.

by state

UI/UX Design Services by state

Where the search market differs enough to deserve its own plan — each page is written for that state's metros, geography and competition.

faq

UI/UX Design Services FAQ

How many users do you test with?

Five to eight per round for qualitative testing, which reliably surfaces the large majority of usability problems. More people in one round finds diminishing returns; two rounds of five, with fixes between them, finds considerably more than one round of ten.

What if we have no users yet?

Then we test with people who match the target profile, and we lean harder on established interaction patterns and competitor analysis. Pre-launch products get the most value from prototype testing precisely because changing a prototype costs nothing compared with changing a shipped product.

Do you build the design system in code?

We can. Design-side we deliver the documented system in Figma; if you want it implemented as a component library we build it in React and TypeScript, which keeps design and implementation from drifting apart six months later.

How do you measure whether UX work paid off?

By agreeing the metric before we start — task completion rate, time to complete, funnel drop-off at a specific step, support ticket volume on a specific issue. Vague briefs produce unfalsifiable results, so we insist on a number we can be wrong about.
