Who we are
Mr. AI Link is an SEO-first digital agency. We run this website, mrailink.com, and we are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. The proposal and contact form asks for:
- your name and email address
- your company and website, if you add them
- the services you are interested in and your budget range
- the message you write
Added automatically when you send the form: the page you were on, the page that sent you to us, your browser's user-agent text, the country we detected on your first visit, and which market's site (US or UK) you were viewing or chose. We detect the country from your IP address; the IP address itself is not saved with your inquiry.
Collected as you browse. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We also use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics, which records the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you reached the site.
Spam protection. The form uses a hidden field, a timing check and a rate limit. The rate limit keeps a one-way hash of your IP address and browser in the server's memory for a short time. It is not stored with your inquiry.
How we use it
- to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal
- to run, secure and troubleshoot the website, and to block spam and abuse
- to understand which pages are useful and to improve them
- to send you the country or market version of the site that fits you
- to meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. These are the ones this site uses:
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| dc_country | Us | Remembers the market (US or UK) you picked in the site's country menu, so we do not send you back to the other one. | 12 months |
| dc_geo | Us | Records the country we detected on your first visit, so we can show you the right site and note where an inquiry came from. Not readable by page scripts. | 12 months |
| Analytics cookies (for example _ga) | Google, through Google Tag Manager | Count visits and show how pages are used. The exact cookies and their lifetimes are set by Google. | Set by Google |
| Sign-in cookies | Us (Supabase) | Used only by our team to sign in to the admin area. They are not set for ordinary visitors. | While signed in |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking the first two cookies means the country menu may ask again on your next visit.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf:
- Supabase — the database where inquiries are stored
- Resend — sends the notification email about an inquiry to our team
- Vercel — hosts and delivers the website
- Google — Tag Manager and Analytics
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our visitors and our business.
How we protect it
The website can add a new inquiry to our database but cannot read inquiries back; only signed-in members of our team can. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not put sensitive information such as passwords or payment details in the form.
Where information goes
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one you are in, including the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you, to deliver any work we agree and to keep a record of what was discussed, then delete it. We keep analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states with privacy laws) you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
To make a request, tell us what you need. Use the contact form and mention that it is a privacy request. We read every message.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed; this version is from November 5, 2026.
