Google Ads Management Services

Google Ads has quietly become a machine-learning platform wearing an auction's clothes. Managing it well now means controlling the inputs, because the levers you used to pull directly are gone.

Those inputs are conversion data, campaign structure, budget allocation, audience signals and creative assets. Get them right and Google's automation performs; get them wrong and it optimizes confidently toward the wrong thing. So we verify every conversion action before anything else, remove the duplicate and low-value ones inflating your reported performance, set values that reflect real revenue, and feed offline conversion data back where the sale completes outside the website — which for many businesses is where it actually happens.

Performance Max gets particular scrutiny. It works, and it is also where budget disappears into brand terms and low-quality placements that make the reported return look better than the incremental reality. We use brand exclusions, asset group segmentation and the reporting that is available to see inside it, and we run separate brand campaigns so branded conversions are not quietly credited to prospecting. Shopping feeds get optimized as a discipline of their own, because in Shopping campaigns the feed influences performance more than the campaign settings do.

process

How Google Ads Management Services work

Step 1: Fix tracking first

GA4, server-side events and conversion values verified before spend moves. Bad data buys bad decisions.

Step 2: Structure the account

Campaigns built around margin and intent, with budgets set from what a customer is actually worth to you.

Step 3: Test deliberately

Creative, audience and landing page tested one variable at a time, with a sample size that means something.

Step 4: Report on money

One monthly report in revenue and cost per acquisition — the same report that covers your SEO.

faq

Google Ads Management Services FAQ

Should I run Performance Max?

Usually yes when you sell products online, with brand exclusions and proper asset group segmentation. For lead generation it depends on the quality of your conversion data — feed it weak lead signals and it will efficiently generate more weak leads. We would fix the tracking first either way.

Do I need a separate brand campaign?

Almost always. It protects your brand terms cheaply and, more importantly, stops branded conversions being credited to prospecting campaigns. Without that separation, reported return on ad spend flatters campaigns that are really just harvesting demand you already created.

Can you work with our existing account?

Yes, and we prefer it — the historical data is genuinely valuable to the algorithms. We start with an audit, then restructure incrementally rather than rebuilding from scratch, so you keep the learning while the structure improves.

What if Google's rep recommends something different?

Google's representatives are targeted on your spend, not your profit. Some of their advice is good; some is systematically biased toward broader targeting and higher budgets. We will tell you which is which, with the account data behind our reasoning.
