Email Marketing Services

Email is the only audience you own outright. No algorithm change takes it away, and it consistently returns more per dollar than any paid channel a US brand can buy — provided the messages arrive.

Most of the value sits in automated flows rather than broadcasts: welcome sequences, abandoned cart and browse recovery, post-purchase and replenishment, win-back, and the lifecycle triggers specific to how your business works. These are built once and earn continuously. We build them properly — segmented, timed against real behavior, and written so each message has a reason to exist beyond hitting a send quota.

Deliverability is the unglamorous half that decides everything. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, sender reputation monitored, list hygiene enforced, and Gmail and Yahoo's bulk sender requirements met — including the one-click unsubscribe and spam complaint thresholds that now get mail throttled rather than politely deprioritized. We also keep you on the right side of CAN-SPAM, and of the state privacy laws that increasingly matter for US senders. Reporting is in revenue per recipient and per flow, not open rates, which have been unreliable since Apple's Mail Privacy Protection.

process

How Email Marketing Services work

Step 1: Fix tracking first

GA4, server-side events and conversion values verified before spend moves. Bad data buys bad decisions.

Step 2: Structure the account

Campaigns built around margin and intent, with budgets set from what a customer is actually worth to you.

Step 3: Test deliberately

Creative, audience and landing page tested one variable at a time, with a sample size that means something.

Step 4: Report on money

One monthly report in revenue and cost per acquisition — the same report that covers your SEO.

Email Marketing Services FAQ

Which email platform should we use?

Klaviyo for e-commerce, given its depth around product and behavioral data. HubSpot when email sits inside a broader CRM. Mailchimp or ConvertKit for simpler needs. We work in all of them and will not push a migration unless the current platform is genuinely limiting you.

How often should we email?

More often than most brands are comfortable with, provided the content is relevant. Complaint rate and unsubscribe rate are the real constraints, not a weekly limit — segmentation lets you increase frequency to engaged subscribers without punishing everyone else.

Why are our emails going to spam?

Usually authentication, reputation or engagement. Missing or misconfigured DMARC, a list with old unengaged addresses, sudden volume increases, or content patterns that trigger filters. We audit all four — it is diagnosable, not mysterious.

Can you help grow the list?

Yes: on-site capture that does not ruin the experience, lead magnets worth an address, and preference collection at signup so segmentation works from day one. We do not buy lists, and we would advise against any vendor who offers to.
