By using mrailink.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website; work we do for you is covered by the written proposal or agreement for that work.

Our services

The service pages describe what we offer and are for information. They are not an offer that you can accept by using the site. We agree the scope, price and timeline of any work in a written proposal or agreement; if that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

No guaranteed results

Search results depend on search-engine algorithms, competitors and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, lead or revenue outcome, and nothing on this site is a promise of one.

Payments and refunds

Prices, payment schedule, cancellation and any refund terms for a piece of work are set out in the proposal or agreement for that work. The website does not take payments.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • submit the form with false details or send spam through it
  • try to gain access to parts of the site or its systems that are not public
  • overload the site or scrape it in a way that harms its performance
  • use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights

Intellectual property
