Who we are
Mr. AI Link is an SEO-first digital agency. We run this website, mrailink.com, and we are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. The proposal and contact form asks for:
- your name and email address
- your company and website, if you add them
- the services you are interested in and your budget range
- the message you write
Added automatically when you send the form: the page you were on, the page that sent you to us, your browser's user-agent text, the country we detected on your first visit, and which market's site (US or UK) you were viewing or chose. We detect the country from your IP address; the IP address itself is not saved with your enquiry.
Collected as you browse. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We also use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics, which records the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you reached the site.
Spam protection. The form uses a hidden field, a timing check and a rate limit. The rate limit keeps a one-way hash of your IP address and browser in the server's memory for a short time. It is not stored with your enquiry.
How we use it
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal
- to run, secure and troubleshoot the website, and to block spam and abuse
- to understand which pages are useful and to improve them
- to send you the country or market version of the site that fits you
- to meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. These are the ones this site uses:
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| dc_country | Us | Remembers the market (US or UK) you picked in the site's country menu, so we do not send you back to the other one. | 12 months |
| dc_geo | Us | Records the country we detected on your first visit, so we can show you the right site and note where an enquiry came from. Not readable by page scripts. | 12 months |
| Analytics cookies (for example _ga) | Google, through Google Tag Manager | Count visits and show how pages are used. The exact cookies and their lifetimes are set by Google. | Set by Google |
| Sign-in cookies | Us (Supabase) | Used only by our team to sign in to the admin area. They are not set for ordinary visitors. | While signed in |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking the first two cookies means the country menu may ask again on your next visit.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf:
- Supabase — the database where enquiries are stored
- Resend — sends the notification email about an enquiry to our team
- Vercel — hosts and delivers the website
- Google — Tag Manager and Analytics
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our visitors and our business.
How we protect it
The website can add a new enquiry to our database but cannot read enquiries back; only signed-in members of our team can. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not put sensitive information such as passwords or payment details in the form.
Where information goes
Our providers may process information in countries other than the United Kingdom, including the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you, to deliver any work we agree and to keep a record of what was discussed, then delete it. We keep analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time.
We use your enquiry details because it is necessary to answer you and to prepare a proposal you have asked for, and we use site and analytics data for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
To exercise a right, tell us what you need. Use the contact form and mention that it is a privacy request. We read every message.

This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
