International SEO Services
Expanding a US site into new countries breaks in predictable ways: the wrong domain structure, hreflang that never validated, and translated pages targeting words nobody in that market searches.
The first decision is structural and expensive to reverse: country-code domains, subdirectories or subdomains. Each has real trade-offs in authority consolidation, operational cost and local trust, and the right answer depends on how many markets you are entering, whether you have local entities, and how much link equity your US domain already carries. We make that call with you before anything is built, because migrating between them later costs far more than getting it right once.
Then the details that actually decide whether it works. Hreflang has to be complete, reciprocal and self-referencing or search engines ignore it — and most implementations we audit are none of those things. Content has to be localized rather than translated: British English is not American English, currency, sizing, dates, phone formats and required disclaimers all shift, and keyword research must be redone per market because literal translations routinely target terms with no local search volume. We handle all of it, and we monitor for the classic failure mode where the US site quietly outranks its own local versions.
Search behavior keeps shifting after launch, market by market — a term that drove traffic at launch in one country can fall out of use within a year while a related phrase takes over. Per-market keyword research gets revisited on its own schedule rather than frozen at the original build, so the site keeps targeting what that market is actually searching now.

How International SEO Services work
Step 1: Audit & map
Crawl the site, mine US search data, map every URL to an intent. Nothing gets built before the plan exists.
Step 2: Fix the foundation
Indexation, site speed, internal links and on-page work first — links land on a site that can hold them.
Step 3: Earn authority
Manual outreach, guest posts and niche edits on real US publishers with visible metrics. No PBNs, ever.
Step 4: Report & scale
Search Console and GA4 in one monthly report. Double down on what's moving, cut what isn't.

Subdirectories, subdomains or country domains — which is right?
For most US brands entering their first few markets, subdirectories, because they inherit the authority your main domain already has and cost the least to run. Country-code domains make sense when you have local entities, local teams and a long-term commitment to those markets, and they are worth the slower start in that case.
Is translated content enough?
No. Translation gets the words right and the search terms wrong. Local buyers use different phrasing, compare against different competitors and expect different trust signals. We research keywords natively per market and brief for localization, not translation.
Why isn't my hreflang working?
Almost always because it is incomplete or non-reciprocal. Every page in a cluster must point to every other version including itself, the codes must be valid, and the URLs must be canonical and indexable. One broken return tag can invalidate the whole cluster, which is why we validate after deployment rather than after implementation.
Can you help with markets you don't have offices in?
Yes. The technical and strategic work is ours; for language quality we work with native reviewers per market rather than pretending otherwise. We will tell you which markets we have direct experience in and which ones we would be learning alongside you.
